Nella Top Italian Food del Gambero Rosso, oltre ai riconfermati Carnaroli Classico e Aromatico Gange si aggiunge una terza varietà, il Vialone Nano Classico. Un triplice premio per l’azienda che coltiva i prodotti nelle risaie del Campidano di Oristano.<br />
Un terroir d’eccezione, intuizione, capacità d’impresa e spirito di ricerca per adeguarsi a un sempre più esigente mercato. Un mix che ha consentito all’azienda di affermarsi in campo regionale e nazionale e portare il riso made in Sardegna su importanti podi e stare alla pari con le blasonate risaie del nord Italia.</p>

Dalla forma tondeggiante, perlato, versatile, di facile cottura, è un riso cento per cento made in Sardinia. Ha un elevato contenuto di amilosio, alta capacità d’assorbimento dei condimenti che consente di contenere gusto e sapore.</p>
<p>Il Carnaroli Classico dell’azienda oristanese è un prodotto certificato, ottenuto da sementi autentiche di questa antica e rinomata varietà. Si contraddistingue per l&#8217;eccellente tenuta di cottura e l’alta percentuale di amido.</p>
<p>Per quanto riguarda l’Aromatico Gange, la Riso Passiu è l&#8217;unica a coltivarlo in Sardegna ed è molto apprezzato per la sua particolare e intensa fragranza. Ottima alternativa al Basmati, si presenta con un chicco integro e affusolato di colore bianco cristallino. È ideale per la preparazione di piatti d&#8217;ispirazione orientale e sfiziose insalate.</p>
